On the platform of Liangcun Station in Shijiazhuang, containers loaded with Hebei specialty goods are neatly stacked. On October 15, 2026, the first Beijing Railway Yanzhao Express aid to Xinjiang officially departed from Liangcun Station of State Railway Beijing Bureau and headed west to Korla East Station in Xinjiang. This is another fast multimodal transport train opened by Hebei to Xinjiang, following the Shijiazhuang Urumqi and Kashgar routes. It is also the 11th transportation route opened by the Beijing Railway Yanzhao train brand, providing Shijiazhuang with targeted support for Korla and deepening economic and trade ties between Hebei and Xinjiang, and building a new and efficient logistics channel.

The train runs at a speed of 80 kilometers per hour throughout the journey, with an overall transportation time of about 100 hours, which is nearly 40% faster than the previous segmented transportation mode of road to railway. The initial plan is to operate 2 stable trains per month, and the frequency of trips will be dynamically increased based on the supply situation in both regions. The source of goods covers multiple cities in Hebei Province, including Shijiazhuang, Baoding, Hengshui, Cangzhou, and Xingtai, carrying dozens of categories including automotive parts, standard parts, food, medicine, etc. It directly serves dozens of characteristic industrial clusters along the route, providing stable and reliable railway transportation options for local products in Hebei to deeply cultivate in Xinjiang and Northwest markets.

As a fast multimodal transportation brand created by China Railway Beijing Bureau, the Beijing Railway Yanzhao Express has landed on 10 routes from Shijiazhuang to Guangzhou, Chongqing, Fuzhou, etc. since its debut in December 2024. As of October 2026, the cumulative shipment volume has exceeded 900 trains and 67000 TEUs. The newly added Kuerle oriented corridor significantly reduces cross regional transportation time, eliminates multiple transit links, and significantly improves overall logistics stability. The comprehensive logistics costs of enterprises in both regions have decreased by more than 15%.
