On the wilderness of Almaty Oblast, the spring sunshine warms the earth. In the signing room, CPECC representative solemnly put down the pen, and the tip of the pen traced a steady trajectory. Outside the window, golden sunlight covers the undulating Gobi Desert, quietly waiting for a green transformation. This heavy EPC contract is about to bring a continuous supply of electricity to the barren land.

Sunbathing on the Gobi Desert
Almaty Oblast, Kazakhstan, is a flat and open land with unique solar energy resources. The local area has abundant sunshine and is regarded as a natural fertile ground for photovoltaic power generation. The 700 MW project won by CPECC this time is one of the large-scale centralized photovoltaic power generation projects in Kazakhstan, with a planned installed capacity of 700 MW. After the project is implemented, the vast desert will be covered by rows of photovoltaic panels, as if putting a blue armor that can generate electricity on the earth.
Transform sunlight into electricity
The project adopts 720 watt N-type high-efficiency double-sided double glass photovoltaic modules, paired with a flat single axis tracking bracket with intelligent reverse tracking function. The intelligent bracket can automatically adjust the tilt angle according to the orientation of the sun, ensuring that the photovoltaic panel is always aligned with the light source; The double-sided component utilizes reflected light from the ground and captures energy from the back. By optimizing the layout of photovoltaic arrays and improving the efficiency of sunlight utilization, the overall power generation efficiency of the power station has been significantly improved. Every ray of sunlight is squeezed out and consumed, becoming a continuous source of clean electricity. Keywords: Kazakhstan photovoltaics CPECC

After the completion of the project, it will enhance the local clean energy supply capacity, promote the development and utilization of solar energy resources, optimize the regional energy structure, and provide strong support for the development of renewable energy and green low-carbon transformation in Kazakhstan. This green plan from China is walking along the Silk Road into the hinterland of Central Asia, illuminating the lights of more families. For CPECC, this order is another important milestone in deepening its cultivation of the Central Asian market, paving a wider path for future overseas photovoltaic business.Editor/Min Jing
