Recently, the Gansu Jiuquan 250MW/1000MWh independent energy storage power station, constructed by Beijing Haibosichuang Technology Co., Ltd., has been officially completed and put into operation. This project is currently the largest single capacity energy storage power station connected to the grid in Gansu Province, and the first independent energy storage project in the northwest region to reach the GWh level, marking an important breakthrough in China's large-scale energy storage technology application.

This energy storage power station located on the Gobi Desert in the Hexi Corridor covers an area of nearly 100 acres and adopts the 5MWh liquid cooled energy storage system independently developed by Haibosichuang. The system is equipped with intelligent liquid cooling technology and AI full-time intelligent temperature control technology to ensure the stable operation of the battery system in harsh environments, in response to extreme weather conditions as low as -37 ℃ in winter in the Jiuquan area. At the same time, a comprehensive safety protection system has been constructed through multi-dimensional intelligent perception system and multi-level electrical protection design.

During the project construction process, Haibosichuang demonstrated excellent engineering implementation capabilities and completed the delivery of all core equipment in just two months. After the power station is put into operation, it will rely on the Haibo AI cloud platform and professional power trading services to achieve intelligent operation and market-oriented operation. According to calculations, through advanced electricity price prediction models and trading strategies, project revenue can be increased by more than 20% compared to conventional models.

The completion of this project will significantly enhance the peak shaving capacity of Gansu power grid, promote the consumption of new energy electricity, and optimize the regional energy structure. In 2025, with the rapid development of China's new energy storage industry, Haibosichuang will continue to take "energy storage+X" as its core strategy, promote the construction of multi scenario energy ecology, and provide strong support for building a new power system and promoting energy transformation. The successful implementation of this project also provides a Chinese solution for the construction of large-scale energy storage power plants in arid and cold regions around the world.
