Cracking the Difficulty of Flexible Production
The EOL and DCR processes replaced by "Xiao Mo" are the final functional testing stages before the battery pack is taken offline. Due to its characteristics of "multiple varieties, small batches, and high flexibility", this process has long relied on manual operation. Workers need to accurately plug the test plug with hundreds of volts of high voltage into the designated position of the battery pack, which not only poses a risk of high-voltage ignition, but also has issues such as unstable efficiency and quality.

The introduction of 'Xiao Mo' completely changed this situation. It is equipped with advanced end-to-end visual language action models, with strong environmental perception and task generalization capabilities: it can autonomously cope with uncertainties such as incoming material position deviation and changes in insertion points, and adjust operational posture in real time; When inserting and removing flexible wiring harnesses, the force can be dynamically adjusted to ensure reliable connection without damaging components. In actual operation, the success rate of its insertion is stable at over 99%, and the work pace has reached the level of skilled workers.
Double improvement of efficiency and quality
According to Qianxun Intelligence, in the face of continuous production tasks of multiple types of batteries, the daily workload of "Xiaomo" has tripled, and its consistency and stability performance are excellent. Nowadays, "Xiaomo" can not only independently detect the connection status of the wiring harness, report any abnormalities in a timely manner, effectively reduce the defect rate, but also actively switch to inspection mode during work intervals.

This landing not only solves the flexible production problem of the power battery PACK line, but also verifies the core value of embodied intelligence in the industrial field, that is, embodied intelligent robots with "human like" perception and decision-making ability, make up for the shortcomings of traditional automation in uncertain scenarios. According to reports, Qianxun Intelligence revealed that the company began commercialization in the fourth quarter of this year, with current orders worth tens of millions of yuan.
