JXQ AI FORUM was recently held in Beijing, the capital of China. The forum focuses on discussing the integration of Chinese artificial intelligence solutions into the global ecosystem, as well as exploring new paths and models of technological cooperation.

At the meeting, it was revealed that the Kazakhstan delegation plans to travel to China in the summer of 2026 to participate in a large-scale technology forum; In the autumn of 2026, the heads of top Chinese technology companies will also attend the Digital Bridge Forum in Kazakhstan, highlighting the accelerating cooperation between China and Kazakhstan in the field of digital technology.

During the forum, You Jing, Secretary General of the Global Digital Economy City Alliance, introduced that the development trend of Beijing's artificial intelligence industry is rapid. Currently, the city has more than 2500 professional related enterprises, and the core scale of the industry has reached 450 billion yuan. She mentioned that China's national cyberspace administration has completed the filing of 223 large models, of which the number of large models in Beijing accounts for more than 40% of the national total, maintaining a leading position in the country.

To promote the high-quality development of the artificial intelligence industry, Beijing has continuously introduced special support policies, including subsidies of up to 50% for computing power costs, and providing up to 30% preferential support for small and medium-sized enterprises through voucher mechanisms. At the same time, the local authorities are accelerating the construction of high-quality datasets, providing a solid foundation for the training of the new generation of neural networks.

Pierre Mirochkov, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Benelux Economic Union China Chamber of Commerce, stated that Kazakhstan and Southeast Asian countries have become important potential markets for China's artificial intelligence industry to expand overseas. He also pointed out that in the process of promoting cooperation between the two sides, there are still certain cultural differences and administrative challenges in the relevant markets, and Europe, with its mature regulatory system and high trust standards, can play a key role as a bridge and platform in international scientific and technological cooperation.
