According to the data from the National Charging Facility Monitoring Service Platform, as of the end of July 2026, the total number of electric vehicle charging infrastructure in China reached 23.683 million, a year-on-year increase of 41.9%.

Among them, there are 5.099 million public charging facilities, a year-on-year increase of 21.3%, with a rated total power of 255 million kilowatts and an average power of about 49.97 kilowatts per unit; There are 18.584 million private charging facilities, a year-on-year increase of 48.8%, with a reported installed capacity of 160 million kilovolt amperes.
