In 2026, the Czech Republic has continued to accelerate the implementation of market mechanisms for energy storage and flexibility, creating broader opportunities for energy storage across the power system.
Against this backdrop, Lisiner recently supported the deployment of a 7.5 MW/25 MWh grid-scale energy storage system in Moravia, Czech Republic. The system charges and discharges flexibly in response to grid conditions and market signals, supporting local power balancing and market participation. The project uses Lisiner's TRITON-C5016 containerized energy storage system, further expanding the company's large-scale energy storage track record in Europe.
The project site is located at 49.55°N, 16.67°E.

Safety and Efficiency: Reliable Performance for European Applications
Designed for large-scale energy storage applications in Europe, the TRITON-C5016 combines intelligent liquid cooling, precise temperature control, and multi-layer safety protection. The system keeps the pack-level temperature difference within 3°C and the system-level temperature difference within 5°C, while its IP55 protection rating and optional enhanced corrosion-protection configurations support reliable operation across diverse site conditions.
The system has completed relevant testing and certification procedures in accordance with international standards and requirements, including IEC 62933-5-2, IEC 62619, IEC 63056, UL 9540A, and UN 38.3. Its integrated thermal management, safety protection, and system control capabilities enable flexible charging and discharging strategies tailored to operating needs.
Collaborative Delivery and Local Partnership
During implementation, Lisiner worked closely with local partners across equipment delivery, on-site construction, and grid connection, strengthening its project delivery and local service capabilities in Europe.
The project was developed and is owned by EPG Pamětice s.r.o. In May 2026, Česká spořitelna (Czech Savings Bank) provided non-recourse debt financing for the project.
As the Czech Republic continues to develop its energy storage, flexibility, and aggregation mechanisms, Lisiner will continue to strengthen its local presence, deepen regional partnerships, and support the energy transition with safe, reliable, and efficient energy storage solutions.Editor/Min Jing
