Further Deepening of China Arab Infrastructure Cooperation
This is not only a construction project contract worth 5 billion dirhams, but also another milestone in the deep cooperation between Chinese companies and UAE officials. In recent years, more and more leading Chinese companies have entered the United Arab Emirates to participate in Dubai's urban infrastructure and landmark construction, deeply integrating into the city's planning and development. With the continuous warming of economic and trade exchanges between China and Arab countries, the voice and influence of Chinese people in the local area are steadily increasing. The UAE government continues to invest in urban infrastructure and continuously improve the supporting facilities of core business districts. The upgrading of urban infrastructure directly drives the long-term growth of land and property values in the area. Infrastructure construction comes first, followed by real estate. The urban renewal of Dubai's core area means long-term stable asset dividends.Editor/Gao Xue
